This short report describes the results of interviews with staff from several organizations in New Haven who provide services for people with diabetes, investigating possibilities for collaboration.

These Field Action Report reports were created in the Spring of 2010 by student teams as part of a class, Community Health Program Planning, at the Yale School of Public Health.
