Conference will also include a debut of Visions of a Healthier New Haven short film documentary, panel presentations, and an interactive discussion about how we can work together to build a healthier New Haven. Visions of a Healthier New Haven is a program of the New Haven Health Equity Alliance and New Haven Health Matters.

The New Haven Health Equity Alliance and the Health Matters! Commission want to hear from you about what it takes to build a healthy New Haven. Your input will contribute to the creation of a video documentary that will be debuted during our Fall 2010 Visioning a Healthier City Conference and shared with stakeholders and key influencers in New Haven.

How will this information be used?
Both the video documentary and the stories collected will be provided to the Health Matters! Commission, Aldermen, and other stakeholders in New Haven to help focus policy priorities in New Haven. All answers submitted online and on the cards will be anonymous.
