Owner occupied housing units, Number
Description Percentage of existing housing structures Percentage of existing housing structures (might be multi-family) that are occupied by the owner. The indicator is similar to the モOwner Occupancy Rateヤ indicator, except that it counts housing structures and not units, which leads to a higher occupancy rate. For example, if a family owns a three-family dwelling and lives in one housing unit in it, the whole dwelling is considered renter-occupied, not just the one unit the owner family occupies. st the one unit the owner family occupies.
