    This is a CSV (raw data) file with the state, county, and town-level data used in our community profile pages, updated with 2020 5-year ACS data (released by Census Bureau in December 2021). For Connecticut counties and select Connecticut towns, the dataset also contains a small number of estimates from the DataHaven Community Wellbeing Survey.     Published by Urban Institute, this report was the collective effort of a study team formed from seven different organizations: The Urban Institute, DataHaven, Source Development Hub, Corporation for Supportive Housing, Supportive Housing Works, and Fairfield County's Center for Housing Opportunity. It was authored by Christie Stewart (FCCHO), Peter A.   • Planning for Affordability in Connecticut: Affordable Housing Plan and Process Guidebook

    This report was released in December 2020. From the Introduction / About the Report page (page 4): The Connecticut Department of Housing, together with Regional Plan Association and partners across the state, have worked together to create this guidebook to help municipalities develop their local affordable housing plans, as required by state statute § 8-30j. While § 8-30j requires all towns to create an affordable housing plan by spring 2022, it doesn’t specify what should be included, leaving many local communities with questions, like:
