The Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) is a supporter of the DataHaven Community Wellbeing Survey. DataHaven has also partnered with hospitals through CHA-facilitated meetings to organize additional data collection related to community health assessments, and to design data dissemination materials. DataHaven has also presented workshops to healthcare learning communities organized by CHA.
