These crosstabs contain data collected through the 2018 DataHaven Community Wellbeing Survey’s live, in-depth interviews with 16,043 randomly-selected individuals statewide including 2,319 living in the Greater Waterbury region of Connecticut (defined as 21 towns served by the Connecticut Community Foundation: Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Cheshire, Goshen, Litchfield, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, New Milford, Oxford, Prospect, Roxbury, Southbury, Thomaston, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, and Woodbury). These crosstabs focus on results from one geographic area; results for other areas are available via the main survey page. The survey assessed topics such as health, employment, and neighborhood resources. Respondents spanned a broad range of ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic statuses from every Connecticut zip code, and all results are based on weighting survey data to be representative of the entire adult population (see methodology).
Version information: Initial version with coversheet and charts posted here 3/23/2019.
Note: The geography of Greater Waterbury was defined differently in 2015, so compare 2015 crosstabs/data with caution. A crosstab of 2015 data based on the current CCF region is available on request.
